(6 a.m. EDT) — Princess Cruises is revamping the six-course menu at its SHARE by Curtis Stone specialty restaurant and has added new “Crafted by Curtis” dishes to the main dining room menu.
“Throughout my partnership with Princess Cruises, we’ve always worked together to create inspired dishes using a fresh approach to fine dining,” said Chef Stone. “We share a passion for bringing people together through food that creates happiness around the table. These new offerings at both SHARE and on the ‘Crafted by Curtis’ section of the main menu will continue to excite their senses, creating lifelong memories as they explore the world on their cruise.”
Among the new dishes diners will find on the SHARE menu beginning November 2018 are butter-poached chunks of Alaska King Crab; a hard-roasted, double-boned brown butter Duroc pork chop; thinly sliced salt-water amberjack tuna featuring chilies and avocado; and almond marzipan for dessert.
SHARE by Curtis Stone was added to Ruby Princess back in late 2015 and is also available on Emerald Princess.
As for the new dishes on the “Crafted by Curtis” menu, which are available fleetwide, items include steamed mussels, chorizo and white wine, beef tenderloin tips, and mushroom cobber.
